BUS-P 509 Supply Chain Operations

This course prepares students to apply analytical tools to solve critical supply chain and operations challenges. Students will learn develop an understanding tools to address inventory management, demand forecasting, and other operational considerations. Students will examine several case studies to understand how an organization could use these tools to improve supply chain performance by working in teams to develop creative solutions. In addition to quantitative tools, students will explore qualitative approaches to operations and supply chain decision-making.
