BUS-P 304 Operations Management: Honors

• Prerequisite(s): Business Honors student and completion of all I-Core prerequisites with grades of C or higher

Students enroll in BUS-BE 304.  A survey of operations and supply chain management (OSCM), this course involves the design, planning, execution, and control of the processes which deliver the products of a firm. Topics include inventory management, demand forecasting, project management, quality control, and capacity management. The primary focus for integration is an integrated business plan at the end of the semester. Students may not receive credit for both P304 and (P370 or P300).
