This course is designed to equip students with the essential skills of problem-solving and analysis within the context of management – from both an individual and team-based lens. Through the analysis of real-world management case studies, students will develop the ability to identify, assess, and address complex challenges encountered in various organizational settings. Throughout the semester, students will engage in an interactive learning experience that emphasizes the practical application of critical thinking principles while leveraging models and approaches utilized by leading organizations and consultative firms. By examining a diverse range of management scenarios, students will learn to diagnose and evaluate business problems, analyze information critically, make well-reasoned decisions under uncertainty, and formulate effective implementation approaches - all while managing/influencing stakeholder engagement along the way.
