This course involves attending firm presentations and other CMBW required events and seminars. All CMBW activities are designed to teach students about how financial intermediaries advise corporate clients on financings, which includes equity issuances, bond issuances, debt, syndicated debt, bank loans, and how they connect these corporate clients to investors.
