This course covers a management accounting framework for budgeting and control via cost measurement and performance evaluation. Students will learn different methods and applications for measuring and evaluating the cost and profitability of goods and services within an organization, with an emphasis on facilitating managerial decision-making. Credit not given for both A325 and A324.
