ERP systems are used to support most if not all the business processes used by a company. As such, learning ERP systems is a much about learning business processes and the integration between various functional areas of business as it is about technology. In this course, we will use a combination of conceptual learning, business process analysis and hands-on learning using a SAP ECC system to develop a deep understanding of how ERP systems support the enterprise. This will enable the participants to gain an appreciation for the tight integration between business processes and the need for close cooperation between business functions.
