This course examines strategic, tactical and operational decision-making in logistics in order to understand the main trade-offs embedded in global supply chains including decisions concerning inventory management, warehousing, packaging, distribution and delivery. We also explore the supply chain's role in topics such as sustainability, resiliency, and global responsibility.
