BUKD-M 594 Driving Growth by Entering New Markets

Sustained business growth requires the capability to discover, understand and enter attractive new markets. In this course you will learn the latest approaches used by leading companies to meet customer needs, in any location, better than the competition. Throughout the course, we will examine a wide range of cutting-edge business issues that confront global business leaders. Working with class colleagues, you will use a range of practical frameworks and models to develop a launch plan to enter new markets with a new global brand. These launch plans will require strategic decisions across all aspects of your marketing strategy including product design, marketing channels, promotional programs, and pricing policies. Through coaching and application, this course will help advance your career by providing you with immediately applicable skills to lead business growth in your organization. The course will feature asynchronous videos and current articles that will set the stage for highly interactive live class sessions.
