Your career success in business requires not only that you have the right product/service offerings for customers, but that you communicate the value of your offerings in compelling ways. If you get marketing communications right, you will be noticed quickly for your work. But it’s a challenge. Consumers are bombarded with thousands of messages daily. This course will provide you with the knowledge and practical frameworks to help you cut through the clutter. The goal of the course is to help you develop competitive marketing strategies and persuasive messages and select the appropriate media vehicles for delivering them. Advertising and integrated marketing communications serves as one of the fundamental building blocks for an organization’s strategy and success. In this course, you will learn frameworks for analyzing advertising and marketing opportunities, to formulate a relevant marketing and messaging strategy for your target audience(s), and to develop creative and implement an integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan that will engage consumers and attract them to your brands. In the end, you will be able to “define” your story and make an appeal that will compel consumers to engage with your brands, and ultimately purchase your products.
