In this course students will learn various practical tools and analytical frameworks that can be deployed to frame, craft, and execute competitive strategy for their organizations.
Some of the topics covered in the course include advanced business design and vulnerabilities, product competitiveness, non-market strategies, durable advantages, cultural competitiveness, strategic change and turnaround, and disruptive competitiveness.
The course involves intense class discussions, in-depth case analyses of a broad range of organizations and industries, highly interactive team-based workshops, fresh and engaging async videos, and a rigorous final exam.
At the completion of the course, students will have developed new strategic management competencies and a greater understanding of the complexities of competitive strategy.
