We will practice consulting approaches to unstructured problems, the use of frameworks, and capacity building to understand and address client issues. You will learn how to sequentially structure a consulting project through problem identification, scope definition, project buy-in, hypothesis testing, presentation, and managing the client/consultant relationship. We will connect the technical skill set you have developed in other courses with various types of consulting. The course is also designed to help you explore hiring practices and how to approach various consulting industry segments.
