Investing across national boundaries presents unique opportunities and unique risks, thus domestic financial theory must be extended to incorporate these additional factors. Topics include measurement and management of exchange rate, international parity relationships, translation and transaction exposure, international investment diversification, international capital budgeting and multinational cash management.
