Exercise, sleep, and diet are the three best ways to ensure mental clarity and keep stress at bay. Avoid junk food and being over-sedentary during your studies. Instead, get plenty of healthy foods, water, and activity before, during, and after your study periods.

There's so much to be said for staying positive too. An MBA is challenging, so don't beat yourself up too much if you struggle at various points. Instead, get back on track quickly and keep giving it your best.

Just because it's an online MBA doesn't mean you're all on your own. Getting in touch with your professors, advisors, and classmates is essential as an online student.

You will feel more connected to others involved in the same program if you speak with them through emails, online chats, or video meetings.
