  1. Reflective Leadership—Aligning Values with Action: Great leaders know what drives them. In this REACH session, you’ll uncover and define your core values and reflect on how to practice them in real life through intentional choices and authentic leadership.
  2. Wellness in Leadership: Navigating difficult situations is a reality of any organization. This session focuses on how to lead through personal growth. You’ll explore how to be intentional with wellness skills to support yourself and others.

Select one of the following:

  1. Recruitment and Retention: Learn the best practices for recruiting new members virtually and in person and for retaining current members for the full scope of a semester. This session is offered twice in September and once in November/December.
  2. Corporate Partners and Fundraising: Is your organization interested in corporate funding? Not sure how to get started? This REACH session is for you! You’ll learn how you can create a packet or one-pager for a corporate partner, as well as how to work with the Kelley Office of Development and Engagement on securing funds. The session will also address how to connect with corporate partners and alumni, the variety of support levels and organization benefits, and the responsibilities of taking on a corporate partner.
