REACH presentations

Select one of the following:

  1. QPR Sessions: QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer—the three simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. Just as people train in CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver help save thousands of lives each year, people train in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help. This session will be close to a full hour. This training is led by the QPR Institute.
  2. Failing Successfully: The Failing Successfully Summit on February 6, 2026, creates space for meaningful conversations around mental health, navigating obstacles, building resilience, and developing coping tools. Through guided reflection and personal stories from peers, alumni, and professionals, students are encouraged to reframe failure—not as a flaw, but as a catalyst for innovation, growth, and future success. This half-day event helps normalize failure, reduce stigma, and empower students with strategies to thrive academically, personally, and professionally. Attending Failing Successfully counts towards the Wellness and Leadership requirement. Register here. This event is hosted by KelleyWell.
  3. Balancing Your Profile: Kelley students do a lot! This REACH session will help participants learn how to assess their current workload, reflect on their working styles, and build a more sustainable workflow to help keep their work and professional life balanced.

Select one of the following:

  1. Tips and Tricks Using beINvolved: This session will focus on utilizing beINvolved to its full potential and maximizing your organization's campus presence. Together we will work through how to use key organization management tools (such as Events and Roster) to better promote your organization and communicate with both current and prospective members, enabling students to "be involved" with your organization. This session is led by the Student Involvement and Leadership Center.
  2. The Art of Planning an Impactful Event: Learn the essentials of event management and channel your “inner party planning committee.” In this session, you'll learn the basics of event logistics and understand the purpose and impact of arranging meaningful events for your organization. This session is led by Chloe Storm, associate director of Kelley Honors.
