    The Kelley Peer Coaching Program provides free, high-quality, and easily accessible academic coaching. The program consists of more than 80 peer coaches, each vetted and trained by Kelley faculty and staff.

    Dave brings a unique background in consulting, student affairs, and analytics to the Kelley School. After working in corporate America, servicing a range of industries and clients, he joined the Kelley Undergraduate Career Services team in 2008. After eight years Dave then served as the director for the Brian D. Jellison Living Learning Center (JLLC) for seven years, before joining the Undergraduate Program as a senior director in 2024. As a “double Hoosier” Dave has a B.S. in Business and M.S.Ed. in Higher Education & Student Affairs from IU. He is quoted as saying “I have the easiest job because I work with the finest business students in the country, a world-class staff, and exceptional faculty at Kelley. GO HOOSIERS!”

    Wendi joined the Kelley Advising team in 2019, after having worked as a mental health therapist at Valparaiso University. She has a passion for engaging in initiatives to best promote students' academic success and overall wellness. She also loves working with students from historically marginalized populations. Wendi is a former international student from Vancouver, BC (Canada), having spent her summers in Hong Kong. She is thrilled to be back at IU, where she earned her undergraduate degree in psychology. She also obtained a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Valparaiso University and had completed coursework toward a doctorate in Counseling Psychology (at IU), before pursuing her professional career. When she is not working, Wendi enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and trying new food and restaurants.

    Heather joined the Kelley Advising Team in October 2021. She earned her BS in psychology and MS and EdS in counseling and counselor education from IU. Prior to joining the Kelley School of Business, she worked at a rural mental health center. Heather loves being on campus, especially in the fall and spring. When she is not working, she enjoys game nights with friends, exploring new places, and spending time with her family.

    Justine joined the Kelley Advising staff in 2010. Prior to working at Kelley, she taught various levels of Spanish at IU. Justine earned her M.A. in Hispanic Linguistics at IU and completed her undergraduate degree in English and Spanish at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

    Kelly is a senior academic advisor for the Kelley School of Business. A native Hoosier, she completed degrees at the University of Indianapolis, Purdue University, and Indiana University. After experiences in counseling and management, Kelly joined the Kelley Advising team in 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys playing and watching nearly any sport, working in her garden, or staying active outdoors with her husband and three kids.

    Jon joined the Kelley Advising team in November of 2023. He earned his BS in Human Resource Management from Ball State, and recently completed his M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Before transitioning to advising, he previously taught high school PE, Business, and Computer Science, while also working with the football, basketball, and track teams. In his free time, you can find Jon and his wife attending different athletic events, concerts, taking their dogs on walks, or eating at local restaurants.

    Gayla joined the Kelley Advising team in April of 2015. She received her B.S. degree in Secondary Education Speech and Theatre from IU Bloomington. Her transition to advising came after working seven years in the Literacy, Culture, and Language Education graduate department in IU’s School of Education. Growing up in a military family Gayla traveled most of her childhood. Her favorite place to date is Fairbanks, Alaska. In her spare time, you can find her at an IU basketball game, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and three kids.

    Rachel joined the Kelley Advising office in August 2017. She earned a BA in psychology from University of Delaware and a master’s in elementary education from Wilmington University. Prior to joining the Advising team, Rachel worked in the Business Law department and taught 5 years as a Kindergarten and 3rd grade teacher. For fun, Rachel loves being active and spending time with her daughter.

    Andrea joined Kelley as an Academic Advisor in May 2013. She graduated IU with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism and then pursued her true passion in education through a Master’s Degree program called Transition to Teach, also at IU. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish as her parents are from Peru and Costa Rica. Andrea lives with her husband, little boy, and three dogs on 17 acres just outside of Bloomington.

    Jessica joined the Kelley Advising Team in January 2026. She earned her BS in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and her Master’s in Teaching from City University in Seattle, WA. Prior to transitioning into advising, Jessica spent more than 10 years teaching in a K–6 school setting in rural Indiana, where she also coached volleyball and cheerleading. She has a strong passion for education and enjoys working with students as they navigate their academic paths at IU. In her free time, Jessica enjoys attending college athletic events and Indiana Pacers games with her husband and five children.

    Brittany joined the Kelley Undergraduate Advising Office in August 2022. Born and raised in Michigan, she earned her BA in 2021 from Michigan State University in Interdisciplinary Humanities, with a triad of studies in Linguistics, Professional & Public Writing, and Geography, as well as a minor in Linguistics. Before coming to IU, Brittany served with AmeriCorps for a year as a high school college advisor through the Michigan State University College Advising Corps. She is a first-generation college student, and loves using her experience and skills to help students navigate and succeed in their academic careers. Brittany and her partner Thomas, a PhD candidate in Music Theory at IU, spend their free time taking nature walks, exploring the arts, baking, and cuddling their cat, Gustopher.

    Brian joined the advising team in September 2024 after previously working in sales management and financial advising roles. As a Kelley graduate himself, Brian is excited to give back to the school that provided him with a phenomenal education and to help students find their own paths to success. Outside of work, Brian enjoys traveling and hiking with his wife and two young children, anchoring trivia teams, and cheering on IU sports.

    Lauren joined the Kelley Advising Team in December 2024. Prior to advising, she worked for LIFT Academy, an accelerated flight training program in Indianapolis as a Senior Student Advisor. Originally from Arkansas, she earned her BS in public relations at John Brown University and MA in Higher Education and Student Development from Taylor University. Through her career in student support roles, she has found a passion for walking alongside students in their academic pursuits and aiding them in reaching their goals. In her free time, Lauren can be found exploring a new city, walking her dog, Indigo, learning a new recipe to share or simply enjoying a perfectly crafted latte.

    Rebecca joined the Advising team in 2024. She received her B.A degree in Linguistic and German and her M.A. in Germanic Studies at IU Bloomington. Prior to working at Kelley, she taught German at IU. In her free time, Rebecca loves exploring either in Bloomington or abroad. She also stays active by running and playing sports.

    Travis joined the Kelley advising team in September of 2023. Born and raised in Indiana, he earned his BA in Psychology and both his MA and PhD in Educational Psychology. Before coming to IU, Travis taught psychology courses and advised first-year students at several colleges and universities. After many years in the classroom, his interests in academic achievement and student success finally led him away from teaching and to academic advising. In his free time, you can find Travis baking sweet treats, playing video games, rewatching his favorite television shows, and taking cross-country road trips.

    Sophie joined the Kelley advising team in December 2022. Originally from Georgia, Sophie earned her B.S. in psychology and her M.Ed. in educational psychology both from the University of Georgia. Prior to her position at IU, Sophie taught middle school math and science. She has a passion for education and enjoys working with students on meeting their academic goals. In her free time, Sophie enjoys cross stitching, swimming, and spending time with her husband and many pets (including her four beloved rabbits).

    Viola joined the Kelley Advising team in November 2024. A native Hoosier, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from IUB. This is Viola’s second job working with IU students and she loves using her experience to help support students in their academic careers. Viola spends her free time in nature, listening to music, baking, and spending time with her two dogs.

    Billy joined the Kelley Undergraduate Advising Office in 2021. Before advising, he earned a BA in French and Classics, an MA in French, and was pursuing doctoral studies in Second Language Acquisition. During his time in Bloomington and elsewhere, he taught various subjects, including French, English, and Public Speaking. He also taught English at Paris Diderot University in Paris, France. His interest in students’ success and development has led him away from research and to academic advising.

    Lauren joined the Kelley Advising Team in March 2026. She was born in Colorado and raised in Bloomington, IN as a Hoosier. She earned her bachelor’s from IUB in Secondary English Education and recently acquired her master’s in Adult Education from Ball State. Before coming to Kelley Advising, Lauren was an Assistant Branch Manager at a local bank. She also spent her first three years after undergrad as a Student Life Counselor at the Indiana Academy, mentoring high school students preparing for college. During her spare time, Lauren enjoys true crime shows, cooking, loving on her dog, and learning Afrikaans for her trips to South Africa to visit her husband’s family. She’s very excited to be back in higher ed at her alma mater.

    Anneliese joined the Kelley Advising Office in August 2025. She studied Spanish and History at IU before spending a year tutoring and mentoring students with the AmeriCorps program City Year in San Antonio, Texas. She then got her teaching license through the University of Wisconsin’s secondary education program. After teaching for five years at the middle school and high school levels, she returned to IU as the program coordinator for the IU Honors Program in Foreign Language, a long-standing study abroad program for Indiana high school students. She is now an advisor at Kelley and very excited to help students! In her free time, she likes reading, running, watching movies, and spending time with her husband and cat.

    Britta Goetz

    Britta Goetz

    Britta has been at Kelley in the International Programs Office since November 2015. She graduated from the Kelley School of Business with a BS in Business with concentrations in Marketing and International Business in 2006. She also earned a BA in French at this time. She earned her Master’s Degree in Education with a focus on Language, Literacy and Culture in 2013 from Indiana University.

    She grew up in Germany and studied abroad in France and Prague during her undergraduate studies. She speaks German and English natively, French fluently, and has some basic knowledge in Spanish.

    Prior to starting at Kelley, she worked in Marketing Research at Synovate (now Ipsos) for 4 years. During her free time, Britta enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and their Covid dog. She plays oboe and English Horn in the Bloomington Symphony Orchestra.

    Sara joined the Kelley School of Business in 2015 at the Kelley Living Learning Center. She transitioned to the International Programs team in 2019. Sara earned her B.S. from IU and her Master of Education at the University of Florida. While living in Florida, Sara became infatuated with the beach life and Disney. When she’s not planning their next Florida vacation, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, and dog (Opie).

    Laura joined the Kelley School in 2019. Prior to that, she worked in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. Laura earned her Master of Social Work degree from Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts from Saint Louis University. Laura loves to travel and has studied abroad in Spain, Ghana, Haiti, and Uganda.

    Nicole Bennett joined the Kelley School of Business in 2025. She is a Ph.D. candidate at Indiana University studying the political economy of data in the United States. She has worked internationally with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Iraq and Switzerland, the Ministry of Gender, Labour, and Social Development in Uganda, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Vanuatu. She likes spending time with her family, reading, and hiking in her spare time.

    Quynh Luong joined the International Programs Office at the Kelley School of Business in October 2024. She graduated from IU with a double degree in Mathematics and Studio Art in 2015. Before joining Kelley, she served on IU's International Admissions team and brought students from around the world to Indiana University.

    Quynh grew up in Vietnam and spent years working at an international school after graduating from IU. She speaks English and Vietnamese and has some knowledge of Japanese. When Quynh is not planning her next overseas trip, she likes to spend time with her daughter and teach her how to care for their garden.

    Luke joined the Kelley International Programs team in August 2019. He helps manage logistics related to the BUS-X 272 Global Business Immersion courses and semester abroad programs, and supports the team of Study Abroad Advisors. Before joining Kelley, Luke served in various roles in the local community including as an advisor in University Division at IU, a farmer at a nearby organic farm, and as an instructor of mathematics as a graduate student at IU. Luke holds bachelor’s degrees in physics and mathematics from the University of Toledo in Ohio and earned an MA in mathematics at IU in 2017. He studied German for 6 years and completed study tours in Germany, Nicaragua, and Guatemala. In his free time, Luke enjoys hiking and trail running with friends, training his new border collie puppy, practicing yoga and meditation, learning about political and social issues, drinking coffee, and checking out local music.

    Maddie joined the International Programs and Business Honors offices in August 2024. She earned her BS and MPA in Public Affairs Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to working at Kelley, she worked in economic development in Lawrence County.

    Born and raised in Bloomington, Maddie is a proud Hoosier. In her free time, she loves learning languages, traveling, and being with her dogs. She loves anything active, especially when it gives her the opportunity to be outside.

    Eunice joined the International Programs Office at the Kelley School of Business in 2024. Originally from Australia, Eunice earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

    During her time at QUT, she participated in study abroad programs in Montreal, Canada, and Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. These programs provided her with unique perspectives on the importance and value of international education.

    Prior to joining Kelley, she served in several international education positions at institutions across Australia, Canada, and the US. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and travelling.

    Project Manager, International Programs

    Michael joined the International Programs Office at the Kelley School of Business in December 2024. He manages logistics for the X-272 programs. Originally from Texas, Michael came to Bloomington in 2017 to pursue his Doctorate in Music Performance and Literature from the Jacobs School of Music, which he received in December 2021. He plays fourth horn in the Carmel Symphony Orchestra and regularly performs with other orchestras throughout the Midwest. Prior to working for Kelley, he worked in administrative roles for several arts non-profit organizations.

    Linda has worked at IU Bloomington for over 15 years. At the Kelley School she has been part of the Admissions, Honors and International Programs teams. In her current position as Office Services Assistant Senior, Linda supports the International Programs and Kelley Honors teams, and manages the daily logistics of the in-person and virtual drop-ins for both teams. A native Hoosier and married for over 30 years, she loves spending time with her grandkids. Her hobbies include crochet, other arts and crafts, and playing video games.

    Alison has served as Honors Program Director at Kelley since 2006. She originally joined the Kelley School as an academic advisor and she loves working with students.

    Academically, Alison’s background is in European History and French. She earned her PhD in Early Modern European History from IU and loved Bloomington so much that she and her family decided to stay. Her husband also works at IU as a systems administrator and they have a teenage son. As a family, they enjoy camping, traveling, and watching sports (especially baseball and soccer). Alison strives to be outside as much as possible!

    Chloe joined the Kelley Undergrad staff in May 2021. She earned her undergraduate degree in political science from Xavier University and her Master of Science in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington. Prior to coming to IU for grad school, she spent three years as an admission counselor at Xavier.

    Chloe is dedicated to helping students have a transformative and meaningful higher education experience. Outside of work, she enjoys running/fitness, travel, college basketball, going to musicals, coffee, and spending time with family and friends. Chloe is originally from Madison, Indiana.

    Becky joined the Indiana University staff in 2022 after retiring from 30+ years of teaching middle school and high school social studies. Her passion is working with Indiana University students and assisting them in realizing their dreams. She found the Kelley School of Business Honors Program, fell in love with the team and the students, and is grateful to call it home.

    Becky earned her BA in Political Science from the College of Arts and Sciences and an MS in School Administration and Leadership here at IU. Her greatest passion is family. She loves having the family together, especially for BIG meals that she enjoys creating for them. She also enjoys spending quieter times with her husband, Kevin, particularly on the golf course.

    José joined the Kelley Business Honors Program after working in the Kelley Undergraduate Office of Access & Community Enhancement from 2023 to 2025 and has worked at IU since 2016. He held a variety of positions within the Office of International Services, including serving as an international student advisor. José came to the US from Caracas, Venezuela, as a high school exchange student and went on to complete a BBA in Management and Marketing from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. He earned his MSEd in Higher Education and Student Affairs from IU in 2020.

    José enjoys spending his time with his family outdoors, kayaking on Lake Monroe, and connecting with the international community in Bloomington.
