- define the scope, configuration, and details of the process
- optimize performance attributes
- support integrated business planning
- help operations execution and fulfillment
The Business Operations Consulting Workshop, led by Katie Votolato, involves both client and consulting companies who provide real-world context to challenges and issues facing both sides of the industry across two courses: one sophomore-level course and one junior-level course.
