The Bachelor of Science in Business Intelligence and Data Science is a selective, rigorous four-year degree program with a focus on using quantitative methods—including math, stats, and computing—to analyze and address business problems. Coursework is organized into four areas, with 120 credits required to graduate.

Application and admission process

Students interested in the BS in Business Intelligence and Data Science program should follow these steps:

Step 1: Apply to IU, indicating a Business Intelligence and Data Science major on your application.

Step 2: Complete the BIDS Direct Admission Application through your IU Portal by February 15, with priority given to those who complete it by November 15.
