We want you to build connections in and outside of the classroom

The MBA program and Kelley School offer many clubs and organizations to help you connect with peers with similar interests, backgrounds, and aspirations. We partner with organizations to support our students, too. These include:

  • Out@Kelley is dedicated to empowering Kelley MBA LGBTQ+ students and allies to become equity-oriented leaders in the business world.
  • ROMBA: Reaching Out MBA's mission is to “increase the influence of the LGBT+ community in business by educating, inspiring, and connecting MBA students and alumni.”  Kelley students participate in the annual ROMBA conference and other events.
Four smiling Kelley MBA students stand together with a scenic view of San Francisco behind them. They were attending a ROMBA retreat.

“Coming from California, Bloomington quickly felt like home—the close-knit community, natural beauty, and steady pace of life made it the ideal place to grow both personally and professionally. I wanted to make an impact, and I felt empowered to do so—in the classroom, on consulting projects, and through student organizations. I deepened my business knowledge and found an affirming community of LGBTQ+ students and allies who inspired me to lead with authenticity.”
