Is the Kelley-Manchester Global MBA a full-time program?
This is a part-time program designed for ambitious individuals who want the flexibility to continue working and managing other responsibilities while completing their MBA. The immersive workshops do require time away from work and range in length from four to six consecutive days, with the immersion programs spaced out over four semesters at designated global locations.
Is it an online degree?
The program offers a blended format that combines interactive online learning with immersive in-person workshops. The Kelley School is a world leader in online graduate business education. Alliance MBS has distinguished itself with a “learning by doing” approach to business education that enables students to apply theory to business challenges and to think creatively during in-person workshops.
Are there live, synchronous class sessions?
Yes. All of the Kelley online courses have weekly live sessions.
Will I have the same instructors as students in other MBA programs at the Kelley School of Business and Alliance MBS?
Yes. Your instructors from the Kelley School and Alliance MBS are the same faculty members who teach their respective top-ranked MBA program courses.
How long is a semester?
The Kelley School of Business is on a quarter term schedule, with quarters lasting 12 weeks. Alliance MBS is on a semester schedule. Each semester is six months long.
How long will it take me to complete my degree?
The majority of students complete their global MBA program within two years.
*How long do global immersions last?
You will spend four to six consecutive days learning and networking during each workshop residency.
Are global immersions required?
Yes. Our global immersion program is integral to the strength of the Kelley-Manchester Global MBA. The induction and workshop residencies are integrated into your required coursework.
When I graduate, will I receive one or two degrees?
Upon graduation, you will receive two MBA degrees, thus two diplomas—one from the Kelley School of Business and one from Alliance Manchester Business School.
