    Amplify your career

When they enter the Kelley Evening MBA Program, students tell us their top priority is to acquire greater business acumen coupled with a desire to advance their careers.

Two-thirds of Kelley Evening MBAs say their main career goal is to earn a promotion. Other students are looking to start a business or make a transition to a new company, function or industry. They know they can achieve success with a Kelley MBA because professional development and executive skills development are integrated into the Evening MBA curriculum.

Sharpen your skills as a business leader

Career coaching at Kelley doesn't happen in a silo— it runs alongside a dedicated executive skills curriculum that's woven directly into your MBA coursework. While your coach is working with you one-on-one, the program is also helping you build the leadership presence and communication skills that get you noticed at the executive level.

By the time you graduate, you'll have:

    • A clear, actionable career vision, not just a vague sense of direction.
    • A professional network, inside and outside your organization, built intentionally over two years.
    • The ability to communicate ideas, proposals, and recommendations persuasively to any business audience.
    • A stronger self-awareness of your leadership style and how to adapt it to different people and situations.
    • The confidence to approach and lead during high-stakes conversations including discussions on promotions, career pivots, and new roles.
