Miranda Rodak (Ph.D., Indiana University) is an award-winning educator who designs high-impact learning environments that make thinking visible, transferable, and equitable. She teaches strategic business writing in both the undergraduate program and the Kelley Direct MBA program, where her courses train students to make rhetorical decisions consciously, including how, when, where, and whether to bring generative AI into their workflows and writing process.
She currently serves as Associate Director in the Department of Communication and Professional Skills, where she leads pedagogical initiatives and supports faculty development. She previously directed IU's Mosaic Institute of Active Learning (2023-24) and served as Director of Undergraduate Teaching in the College of Arts & Sciences (2019-24).
Her scholarship develops transferable teaching and learning frameworks that have earned both university and national recognition.
