Matthew Gaske is an Assistant Professor in the Indiana University, Kelley School of Business Department of Business Law and Ethics. His scholarship investigates how dynamics between state and federal regulatory entities impact business innovation, with a focus on civil enforcement and novel technologies. Prior to entering academia, Prof. Gaske gained extensive professional experience, including as a litigator, federal law clerk, and mergers and acquisitions management consultant. He holds a J.D. from the Vanderbilt University School of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
