Anna C. Lennard is an Associate Professor in the Management and Entrepreneurship Department at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. She is originally from Bloomington and received her undergraduate degree at Indiana University. She received her PhD from Michigan State University. She has teaching expertise in leadership, teams, negotiation and organizational behavior across levels. Her research examines affect, justice, and decision-making biases in organizations. Her work has been published in Academy of Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Academy of Management Annals, and Oxford OCB Handbook, among others.
