The Kelley School offers several forms of financial assistance to help you pursue your PhD, including fee remissions, research and teaching appointments, fellowships, and grants. For five years of the program, we offer competitive stipend and fellowship funding, tuition remission, health insurance for the student, and an annual travel stipend. In exchange for this support we ask that the student serve for two years as a research assistant and teach 6.0 credit hours (two semester classes) spread out over a four-year period. You can learn more about financial aid at IU from the IU Bloomington Office of Student Financial Assistance.
