With the ever-changing landscape of supply chain challenges, changing customer demands, and seemingly endless technological options, the need for consulting assistance to navigate this landscape continues to grow. This course will focus on modern consulting in the supply chain and logistics field. Students will learn the main areas of normally associated supply chain and logistics that are most commonly called upon in consulting. We will explore, and practice, how these areas how these are addressed using consulting techniques.
