BUS-M 155 Topics in Marketing: Introduction to Careers in Marketing

This introductory course is designed to provide undergraduate business students with a comprehensive overview of the diverse career paths available in the field of marketing. Students will gain a deep understanding of the various roles, responsibilities, and required skill sets for each career path. Through self-assessment tools and experiential learning activities, students will identify their strengths, weaknesses, and professional interests to determine which marketing career path best aligns with their individual goals and aspirations. The course will also cover ethical considerations and the influence of emerging technologies in shaping the future of marketing careers.
