AI is transforming how businesses operate, automate, and innovate. Agentic AI goes beyond traditional AI tools—these agentic systems can reason, act, and collaborate. MBA students need to understand how to lead with agentic AI to redesign workflows, amplify decision making, and drive strategic value in an era where AI is not just used, but delegated to.
This course explores the emerging field of Agentic AI systems—autonomous AI applications that can understand goals, make decisions, and take actions to accomplish tasks with minimal human intervention. Beginning with essential AI and LLM foundations, the course builds toward a comprehensive understanding of how Agentic AI is transforming business processes, strategy, and operations across industries.
Through case studies, simulations, and hands-on projects, students will learn to identify opportunities for implementing Agentic AI, evaluate commercial solutions, develop deployment strategies, and measure business impact. No coding experience required.
