Sridhar is a clinical associate professor of finance at the Kelley School of Business. He holds a PhD in Finance from the London School of Economics, United Kingdom. He teaches courses related to corporate finance at Kelley. His research interests are in private equity, venture capital, corporate governance, and corporate finance.

Sridhar's work has been published in the Journal of Financial Economics and the Journal of Business Venturing, among others. In 2015, he was winner of the Syntec Conseil en Management award for best academic paper in the finance/strategy category. Prior to Kelley he taught at ESSEC Business School, France. At ESSEC he taught graduate level courses in corporate financial management and mergers and acquisitions.

Dan Aron is a 1983 graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University where he earned a BS in Finance. Following graduation, Dan joined Salomon Brothers in New York City as an equity sales-trader. He served in this role in both New York City and Chicago. In 1987, he was named a US product specialist to help establish Salomon’s US dollar equity presence. In March of 1989, Dan joined his longtime client, John Levin & Co, a multistrategy equity investment management firm. Over his 30 years with the company, Dan was the head trader for Levin Capital Strategies and its predecessor firms. During his tenure, Dan was a partner and a member of the executive committee. Dan retired from the firm in March of 2019.

In addition to his roles with the Investment Management Workshop and the Center for Financial Services and Principal Investment, Dan also serves on the Kelley School Dean’s Advisory Council, the Kelley School Global Dean’s Advisory Council, and the Board of Advisors of the IU Student Foundation. In 2016, he was inducted into the Kelley School of Business Academy of Fellows, and in 2021, he received the IU Distinguished Alumni Service Award. Since 1990, Dan has actively mentored and advised hundreds of students pursuing a Wall Street career through his work with the Investment Management Workshop. 

Eric Crigler is a 1996 graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he earned an MBA in Finance and Economics. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Murray State University.

Following his MBA, Eric entered the investment management industry, ultimately serving as principal and chief investment officer of a fast-growing institutional money manager and as equity portfolio manager and equity research director at a firm managing over $40 billion in assets under management. He subsequently founded several entrepreneurial ventures in financial services, including firms in institutional equity management, subprime auto lending, and auto insurance.

Eric currently serves as director of the Investment Management Workshop and as the Capital Markets Academy director at the Kelley School, where he teaches investment courses across the MBA, MSF, Kelley Direct, and Undergraduate Programs. He has served on the Reese Fund Investment Board at Indiana University for over 20 years. Eric holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a member of the CFA Institute. 

David has been a member of the finance faculty at Kelley for 35 years, complemented by more than 40 years of direct experience financing and operating entrepreneurial businesses as a principal investor and lead financial executive.

Al brings more than 10 years of industry experience, leading buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, corporate strategy engagements, and business development initiatives for private equity firms and Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as an investment banker focused on the industrial and business services sectors.

Mark joined the Kelley faculty in 2024, following a long career in corporate and investment banking, where he managed relationships with Fortune 500 companies and developed an expertise in capital markets, risk management, treasury, and structured finance.

John joined the accounting faculty in 2021, following a PhD in Accounting at the University of Washington and several years of professional tax experience with a global public accounting firm in the US and Switzerland. His teaching and research focus on topics at the intersection of financial reporting, regulation, and capital markets.

Michael is the CEO of Galaxy Service Partners, a national facilities services platform. Prior to Galaxy, Michael spent 14 years working as an investment banker, private equity investor, and operator across the technology, retail, and industrial segments. Michael graduated from Kelley in 2012.

Jared Blair is a banker with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families as they navigate complex financial decisions in pursuit of their long-term goals. Jared graduated from the Kelley School of Business, earning degrees in finance and business analytics.

Emily works at Goldman Sachs in private wealth management with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. She advises clients, including founders, family business owners, and C-suite executives, on strategies to meet their objectives. Outside of the office, she serves on two boards for the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago. Emily graduated with highest distinction from the Kelley School of Business with bachelor's degrees in finance and management.

Kete spent more than three decades in investment banking, beginning as a coverage banker focused on media and telecommunications and financial sponsors, and going on to serve over 20 years in senior leadership roles, including group head of high yield and leveraged capital markets at RBC and DLJ/Credit Suisse. Since retiring in 2025, he has focused on giving back through his work with the Investment Banking Workshop at Kelley and as a senior advisor to Painted Porch Advisors, a financial planning firm. Kete graduated from Kelley in 1991.

Hollie has over 20 years of professional experience across investment banking, corporate development, financial technology, and nonprofit financial management. She graduated from the Kelley School of Business in 2005.

Mitchell is an investor and operator in the lower middle market, with a particular focus on the consumer industry. He began his career at BDT Capital Partners and Knox Lane, two leading private investment firms. Mitchell is a 2018 graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Matt is a managing director at JP Morgan Asset Management, currently serving as the co-head of leveraged credit research. After starting his career at Alix Partners, Matt has spent the last 25 years as a buy-side credit analyst, primarily covering the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Outside of the office, he serves on the board of directors for Firefly Children & Family Alliance. Matt graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in finance.

Tyler is the managing partner of Kabelin Capital Partners and has more than 10 years of experience leading investments, acquisitions, and strategic transactions across real estate, retail, and media businesses. Tyler began his career in investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners and graduated from Kelley’s 3/2 MBA program in 2016.
