    Leading with AI: Leading Change

AI is a transformative force in business management, but the true skill lies in how leaders use it to guide others through uncertainty. This course is part of Kelley’s AI for leadership executive education series, helping professionals connect artificial intelligence to the human side of change.

You’ll gain practical experience using AI for change management to design change strategies, clarify governance, and make better decisions. The program also introduces commonly used AI tools for decision management, ensuring every message and milestone is backed by insight, not guesswork.

This AI and organizational change training teaches mid- to senior-level managers how to lead change with confidence, blending proven change frameworks with AI-driven tools to lead transformation in complex organizations.
