Meet your instructor

Bree Josefy
Clinical Associate Professor of Accounting
Bree Josefy, PhD, is a clinical associate professor of accounting at the Kelley School of Business. Prior to academia, she worked in Deloitte’s corporate finance and tax practices in London and Hong Kong, developing financial models, conducting valuations, and advising on cross-border tax strategies for multinational clients. Since joining Kelley in 2016, she has taught undergraduate and graduate courses, currently leading A304 Financial Reporting and Analysis for approximately 1,500 students each year. Her teaching and service have earned multiple awards, including the Panschar Undergraduate Teaching Excellence Award, the Kelley Innovative Teaching Award, and Indiana University’s Trustees’ Teaching Award.
Bree holds a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University, where she also earned her PhD in Accounting.
