Generational Differences in the Workplace


It isn’t your imagination. Workers from the Millennial generation really are different from their older counterparts, and the process of hiring, developing, and retaining them successfully is not “business as usual.” This session will briefly discuss work-related differences between generations, and then introduce and explore best practices for attracting and motivating Millennial employees. Traditional employee handbooks, personality tests, and lecture-based training courses simply aren’t as effective as they used to be. Join us to learn how to modify your approach to reach and retain Generation Y.
