Find program competencies and student learning outcomes for Kelley School programs.
The program competencies for each of Kelley’s programs describe the knowledge, skills, and attitudes students should command upon graduation. These broad competencies support the school's mission and have been created and endorsed by the faculty.
Each program competency is broken down into three to six student learning outcomes (SLOs) to make it possible to measure students’ progress. By observing individual student performance on each of the SLOs, faculty can determine the extent to which students are mastering the learning competencies set forth by the program.
Kelley instructors are required to attach the appropriate set of program competencies and SLOs to each syllabus as an appendix.
