Kelley Peer Coaching

The Kelley Peer Coaching Program consists of Kelley sophomores, juniors, and seniors who are excited about and committed to providing academic support and career guidance to their Kelley peers. The program offers high-quality, free, and easily accessible academic and career coaching services. All peer coaches are vetted and trained by Kelley faculty, advisors, and career coaches. Currently, academic coaches are available for A100, A201, A202, and C204; student career coaches will be available beginning in the fall of 2013.

Why become an Academic Coach?

By becoming an academic coach, you will become a part of a key academic resource for the Kelley community; academic coaches work with students, advisors and faculty members. Through the academic coaching program, you will develop your communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities. The program will also provide opportunities to develop professionally and to form relationships with faculty members.

If you were successful in one of the above mentioned courses (i.e., A100, A201, A202, C204), are reliable and passionate about helping others, and can commit to 2-3 hours a week of coaching, consider applying for an academic coaching position. Apply for Coaching Position Here

Why become a Student Career Coach?

By becoming a student career coach, you will have the opportunity to meet and assist a diverse group of Kelley students throughout their career development and job search processes. Student career coaches work with students in resume review and mock interview settings. The student career coach program will provide students opportunities to refine leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.

If you have excelled in career planning and development, have been successful using on and/or off campus job searches, and have a sincere desire and commitment to learn from and help fellow students, consider applying for a student career coach position. We are seeking students who are outgoing and friendly and have a genuine interest in career related issues. Apply for Coaching Position Here
