About Us

Welcome from the Director

“Kelley's career-focused curriculum prepares students to own their futures–with the skills to pursue a career that is the right match for their skills, interests, and values."

The workplace is changing. Today, employers are looking for people who know how to work together to produce results, who are eager to find new ways of doing things, and who are comfortable working in an increasingly global marketplace.

Kelley’s innovative undergraduate curriculum prepares students to be collaborative leaders, innovators, and global citizens. Here, at Undergraduate Career Services, we prepare students to begin a business career that fits their skills, interests, and values.

Our team of experienced career professionals helps hundreds of students each year explore their academic and career options, find internships to gain real-world experience, and network and interview with confidence.

We also work closely with some of the top employers in finance, manufacturing, consulting, technology, consumer products, and the life sciences to help them identify and build relationships with students who have the skills they’re seeking.

We invite you to take a look around our website to learn more about our services for students and employers.
