The club is always looking for companies to speak, conduct site visits, or participate in roundtable events. If there is an event that you think the club would like to participate in, or if your organization would like to get involved with one of the club activities please contact the club at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are an organization that is looking to recruit current students or club alumni please contact the Benecki Center for Real Estate Studies or the real estate club directly. The current resume book is available for download on the Resume Book tab.
To become a member of the IU Real Estate Club please download the membership application here and turn it in along with $25 for one semester or $50 for full year membership to Ellen Stauffer in the REAL ESTATE CLUB DROP BOX located in BU463B (turn right off the elevators, then go in the door to the left of the glass doors) on the Bloomington campus. The membership dues help the club pay the expenses accrued for conferences, lunches, speakers, and other club events.
Every semester the club brings in speakers to present on several topics related to real estate from development to brokerage and financing to appraisals. Also, the club plans at least one site visit per semester where club members tour an on-going development.
