  • Friday, September 19th: IU Real Estate Fall Luncheon & Company Exhibition
    • Luncheon: 11:30 am -1:00 pm (Students Attend for Free!!!)
    • Company Exhibition: 1:00 pm -3:00 pm
    • Guest Speaker: Dr. Jeffrey D. Fisher, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus, IU Kelley School of Business; Founder, IU Center for Real Estate Studies
      : “Technology Trends impacting Commercial Real Estate” which will include use of “Big Data” from social media to predict real estate trends and the use of game technology to create 3D models of cities and buildings.

    The Company Exhibition is a great way to network with real estate companies that may have job or internship openings. Companies signed up so far include: Colliers International, Simon Property Group, TWG Development

  • Monday, November 3rd: 4th Mass Meeting
    • Guest Speaker: John P. Doan, Managing Principal at JPD Real Estate Investment Consultants
      Topic: Institutional Investing (particularly life insurance companies)
  • Monday and Tuesday, November 3-4: Cornell Case Competition, New York
  • Wednesday, November 19th at the Virgil T. DeVault Alumni Center, 1000 E. 17th Street:
    Stanley E. Hunt Real Estate Development Case Competition
    • Top teams from R440 will compete in front of industry professionals who will decide the winner. Winning teams receive prize money.
  • Monday, December 1st: 5th Mass Meeting
