Kelley Student Diversity Council was founded in January 2008 with the mission to foster a more cohesively diverse and inclusive Kelley culture. We aim to accomplish our mission via our six main initiatives: Diversity Speaker Series, National Diversity Case Competition, the Diversity Career Fair, MLAB, High School Outreach, and Philanthropy.
Each of these initiatives is geared toward educating our student body about the moral and business necessity of diversity.
Beyond that, we aim to work hand-in-hand with the administrators to increase the recruitment, retention and matriculation of our underrepresented minority population.
KSDC is housed in the Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives and is supported by faculty advisors, Clark Barwick and Julianne Mora.
