Kelley Student Diversity Council was founded in January 2008 with the mission to foster a more cohesively diverse and inclusive Kelley culture. We aim to accomplish our mission via our three main initiatives: Diversity Challenge, Diversity Speaker Series and Diversity Case Competition.
Each of these initiatives is geared toward educating our student body about the moral and business necessity of diversity.
Beyond that, we aim to work hand-in-hand with the administrators to increase the recruitment, retention and matriculation of our underrepresented minority population.
We are sponsored and advised by the Office of Diversity Initiatives headed by Dr. Malik McCluskey.
