With the Capital Markets Academy you'll learn how the macroeconomic environment influences investment decisions, understand corporate capital-raising activities, and be able to participate in two live equity funds. You'll receive an accelerated education in investment research and portfolio and financial analysis on a management team for the multi-asset IU Capital fund, created by Director John Succo, former hedge fund manager, for this Academy. Through IU Capital, you will experience the gamut of financial services firms' activities such as capital raising and advisory services, equity research, risk management, and more.

You'll meet face-to-face with Indiana University alumni from national financial services firms, boutique firms, middle-market investment banks, and corporate mergers and acquisitions teams. You'll visit firms in Chicago, New York, and Boston, making valuable personal contacts that can help you throughout your career.

You will also have access to the top investment tools available -- Bloomberg, Morningstar, and Capital IQ, and others. With your Academy Directors' support, you'll get matchless preparation for interviews in the firms where you want to work.
