Full Immersion Experience

Consulting is not for the timid. Success in this service-based industry depends on client relationships. You will need to be ready to present your recommendations clearly and succinctly. Here's your opportunity for in-depth study in the demanding world of consulting. We'll sharpen your analytical skills through case analysis and competitions, extend your ability to work in teams, and polish your communication skills enabling you to effectively present solutions that deliver results.

At the heart of your two-year MBA training are three Academy weeks focused on consulting. These strategically planned Academy Intensive Weeks are key to the innovative Kelley MBA Program curriculum and your Academy experience. During these weeks, all other coursework stops and the Academies convene for a full-immersion experience. In addition to the three scheduled intensive weeks, Academies get together on Fridays to discuss hot topics in the industry, meet returning CA alumni, hear from guest speakers, focus on leadership training, or just to socialize.
