Christopher Cook has over fifteen years of consulting experience specializing in process redesign; planning, budgeting and forecasting; product and customer profitability analysis; measuring / evaluating planned vs. actual performance; customer segmentations; financial and operational due diligence; transaction support; and mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Some of Mr. Cook's notable clients include Dell, Nortel, Sprint, Toyota NA, United Airlines, JDS Uniphase, Burger King, NiSource, and Duke Energy.

Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, Mr. Cook was the General Manager of Scarbrough International Ltd., an international transportation and logistics company where he was responsible for standardizing and streaming all operating processes for the firm's newly acquired Chicago operations. Previously, he was a Manager in the financial management solutions practice at IBM Business Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting where he led the development and implementation of strategies, processes and technologies to improve organizational performance.
