Our mission is to provide instructors and departments at the Kelley School of Business with various instructional support services aimed at assisting faculty in their development as teachers.

Major services include:

Personal instructional consultations
Course planning and development
Faculty development events
Interpretation of student evaluations of teaching
Orientation and acculturation for new instructors
Teaching information resource center (website, email, library materials)
Liaison to campus-wide teaching and learning initiatives at IUB
Research and dissemination of current trends in post-secondary instruction

We also collaborate with departments and programs at the Kelley School on special projects where expertise in pedagogy or instructional theory are needed.
