Qualifications: What does the Global Sales Workshop look for in a new hire?
We are looking for driven individuals who aspire to succeed in a sales profession and corporate environment. Potential members should have proven leadership abilities and experiences that they can share with other Workshop members. In order to progress in the Workshop’s structure, we are looking for individuals with management potential, which can be exemplified with prior leadership experience. It is very important for our members to excel individually, but also to be adaptable and succeed in teamwork environments.
Potential members should also be prepared to bring an element of fun and excitement into the Workshop with a vibrant personality. We are looking for personable and engaging people who will thrive in the Workshop’s culture and network with our members and Corporate Sponsors.
As a potential member, sales experience is not a prerequisite; just a strong interest in developing sales related skills. As a new member you will be learning and implementing personal selling models in a variety of contexts and environments.

Performance Evaluation Form
“Providing each other with better ways to produce great work”
The Performance “Excellence” Appraisal serves as another mechanism to promote the personal and professional development of Society members. The appraisal will drive and facilitate member development by ensuring that members’ daily efforts are contributing to their teams’ goals, and the broader goals and mission of the organization. The appraisals will enhance the flow of communication between the senior leadership team, managers, and sales representatives and create a designated biannual feedback session where managers can provide training objectives and behavioral guidance to their teams. It is the intent of the Global Sales Leadership Society that these one-on-one discussions between managers and team members help equip members with the right tools to achieve their highest potential and provide the greatest value to the Society.
