Managers

Managers serve as the liaison between the Senior Leadership Team and the Workshop by communicating vision and strategies to each division. Based on the goals and strategies created for their respective division, Managers are responsible for developing and communicating initiatives to their team. Managers are responsible for engaging and managing the Sales Representatives within their division to execute tasks. Managers serve an important role in creating a work environment that motivates Sales Representatives to contribute to the Workshop and continue to make progress in support of the Workshop’s mission.

“Participating in the National Team Selling Competition was an awesome experience! Through the Competition, I gained a real understanding of a professional sales career, which is something I had not experienced in the classroom. I also developed personally and professionally by gaining experience in dealing with pressure situations, learning to trust my teammates, and developing quick and creative solutions. As a result, I feel more prepared to deal with any unexpected situations that I might encounter in a sales career.”
