Recruitment

The recruitment of talented individuals is the key to a growing and successful company; a great company cannot be built without great people. The Global Sales Leadership Society strives to recruit, retain, and develop highly-successful students who are the “best of the best” at the Kelley School of Business and at Indiana University. The recruitment of qualified members allows the Global Sales Leadership Society to strategically harness elite talent to provide its Corporate Sponsors with world-class sales leaders.

Our Society is looking for bright individuals who are personable, assertive, interested in sales, and have proven leadership abilities. The Global Sales Leadership Society thrives on new talent that has a desire to learn and develop personally and professionally and take the initiative to lead the Society while sharing their learning experiences with other members.

Alix Moll  Sales Analyst, Unilever   |   Kelley School Graduate '07

After she joined Unilever, Moll requested sales experience after being an assistant brand manager. “I could tell that I would never be as good a marketer without a sales background,” she says. “Sales grounds you in reality. It helps you learn what drives consumer decisions and purchase behavior." She was a standout student as she channeled her talents into the school’s Global Sales and Leadership Society and named CEO/president. “The best learning experiences were the sales competitions,” she says. “The best part is that the people judging you are from major corporations.”
