DRIVING DIRECTIONS from the IND airport to the Indiana Memorial Union (IMU)

From Indianapolis airport to the Indiana Memorial Union

  • When exiting the Indianapolis airport, get on I70 East
  • Follow I70 East to I465 South
  • Exit I465 to the RIGHT on to Hwy 37, south toward Martinsville
  • Proceed on Hwy 37 through Martinsville
  • Exit RIGHT off of Hwy 37 at College Ave and Walnut
  • Continue on College Ave to 7th Street
  • Turn LEFT on 7th Street
  • Turn RIGHT into the circle drive of the Indiana Memorial Union

LODGING
Lodging for the conference is available at both the Indiana Memorial Union and the Hilton Garden Inn. 

INDIANA MEMORIAL UNION (IMU)
The Indiana Memorial Union (IMU) is the host hotel for CFEA. It is also the site of all of the conference sessions and many of the conference social events.

We encourage you to make your reservation early as accommodations are often difficult to secure during this busy time of year.  

Rates:

  • Hotel room rates are based on:
    • Type of room (single, double, suite)
    • Weekday (Sun – Thurs) or weekend (Fri – Sat) check-in
  • The following are representative current room charges:
    • Single, weekday room w/one double bed $102.00
    • Single, weekday room w/one king bed $132.00
    • Double, weekday room w/2 double beds $122.00
    • Double, weekday room w/2 queen beds $132.00
    • Suite, weekday w/2 double beds/parlor, bath $232.00

Weekend rates are approximately $30/day additional charge. All rooms are subject to a tax (currently 12%).

Internet Access
Free Hardwire and wireless internet access is available throughout the IMU. When checking in to the IMU, ask the registration staff person to provide you with a guest user name and password.

For your convenience we recommend that you reserve a hotel room at the Indiana Memorial Union. Accommodations are available off campus, if you prefer. The following are accommodations located in close proximity to campus.
