Regina (MBA '03) - 06/28/2012

Regina (MBA '03) volunteers with the National Society of Hispanic MBAs' Project Stepping Stone, in which teenage Hispanic students participate in a week-long program of college and career preparation. An important component of Project Stepping Stone for many years was a visit to Eli Lilly to learn about business in a major corporation and meet successful professionals who happen to be Hispanic. When the leader of the Hispanic affinity group at Lilly retired, the continuance of this part of Project Stepping Stone was uncertain. Regina reached out to Diane (BS '88), whom she served with on the Kelley Alumni Association Board of Directors, for assistance. Diane became the new liaison at Lilly for Project Stepping Stone and has been able to help Regina continue this valuable part of the program.
