"Why Didn't You Say So?"

In landing a position at Nuveen in Chicago as a national manager, Cynthia went through seven separate interviews. The last was with Bill (BS '91) who is Nuveen's COO/President. When Cynthia was discussing her work ethic with Bill, she mentioned her training at the Kelley School. At that point Bill said, "I don't need to hear anything further. Kelley is all I need to know!" She got the job!
