Tim Solso has taken Cummins (a global corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions, and electrical power generation systems) to the forefront of the important effort to produce low-emission diesel and gasoline engines. Solso has held increasingly responsible positions throughout his 35-year career with Cummins. He serves on a number of boards of directors, including for Ashland Inc., Irwin Financial Corporation, Ball Corporation, Central Indiana Corporation Partnership, and Indiana Economic Development Corporation.
