David (BS '96) - 04/17/2012

David (BS '96) works for a capital management company in Chicago. As hiring manager for an investment analyst position in his office, he noticed he was the only Kelley alum in the company and needed to fix that! He contacted the Kelley Alumni Office to post the position and get referrals. Through this effort, David received 5 resumes of Kelley alums; Grant (BS ’03), Darren (BS ’11), Andrew (BS ’06), Connor (BS ’11), and Robert (BS ’10). David agreed to interview all five with the intention of hiring at least one.
