As Vice President of marketing for OptumHealth, a leading health management services company that helps people live their lives to the fullest, Kim Brosdahl oversees marketing strategy, planning and execution for the Clinical Care Solutions business. Care Solutions provides over 150 services that help people stay healthy, get healthy or live with a health condition. 

 

Lorna Gleason, Vice President, Special Accounts Group, Wells Fargo

 

This seasoned leader and commercial finance veteran has devoted her 29 year career to all aspects of finance. Positions held range from being a commercial lending lawyer representing financial institutions in complex lending arrangements, to starting and managing a commercial lending unit focused on serving the healthcare services sector. A significant number of years were also devoted to troubled loan workouts and turning around distressed businesses. Demonstrated in this career are managerial, strategic and leadership qualities that led to successfully starting and growing two businesses, starting a law division within a finance company and turning around two distressed lending units.

 

Barbara Kula, Vice President, Marketing, The Mosaic Company

 

Barbara Kula is currently the Vice President of Marketing at The Mosaic Company. Her background includes former owner operator of retail fertilizer operations, sales, marketing, supply chain and US country manager for Cargill Crop Nutrition. 

 

Cheryl Newell, Chief Financial Officer, Payer and Government Solutions, Ingenix

Cheryl is CFO of the Payer and Government Solutions business of Ingenix, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Health Group, focusing on technology and consulting for health care payers. She is responsible for the accounting/finance requirements and trusted business advisor support for 14 businesses.

 

At GMAC ResCap, a global residential mortgage company, Cheryl was a Managing Director. She led a joint business and IT team responsible for implementing a single common global SAP general ledger for GMAC. Previously she was a Senior Finance Officer responsible for the accounting/finance requirements for the loan servicing operations and IT business, including trusted business advisor support, accounting policy implementation and internal controls improvement.

 

Jeanne E. Rudelius, Managing Director and Division Head of Loan Capital Markets, U.S. Bank

Jeanne manages a team of seasoned banking professionals located in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Seattle, Charlotte and Chicago. The Loan Capital Markets Division is tasked with developing profitable new and incremental corporate finance business for Bank relationships. Its primary product set includes Senior Debt Origination and Placement (both syndicated bank loans and private placements of institutional debt), Sales and Trading of Bank Loan Paper in the Secondary Market, and the Agency Servicing and ongoing administration of these products. In addition, Capital Markets identifies and coordinates Fixed Income and Equity Placement opportunities.

 

Jeanne joined U.S. Bank in October 1994 after spending six years in the Capital Markets Department at Bank of America (previously Continental Bank). Prior to Bank of America, she was with Mellon Bank for six years in the International and Real Estate Departments.
